CELEBRATING THE BEST OF SAAS

The annual APPEALIE Awards celebrate the apps that users can’t live without.

 

With an exclusive focus on SaaS applications, the APPEALIE SaaS Awards recognize the best software platforms in the world. The caliber of award winner list from 2017 speaks for itself.

 

The APPEALIE Awards are platform-agnostic, democratic and inclusive. With the recognition that true validation for technology comes from the customer, entrants are evaluated not on the size of their user base – but on customer delight.

 

Winners are determined using a mix of entrant-supplied customer satisfaction data – including Net Promoter Score TM (NPS) data – and the APPEALIE survey that measures engagement across user experience, performance, business value, user interface and customer service.

CRITERIA

Demonstrated Excellence

The Appealie is awarded annually to SaaS apps that demonstrate excellence through innovation, customer delight and dedication to constant improvement. The judging process evaluates entrants through both submitted information and Appealie’s internal criteria, with focus on the following categories:
  • CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

  • APPEALIE validates customer satisifaction with data-driven feedback and surveys.
  • PERFORMANCE

  • Great apps give their best performance in mission critical environments. The APPEALIE’s recognize the apps that are a step ahead of the competition.

  • BUSINESS VALUE

  • Bells and whistles are great – but the bottom line is what matters. The APPEALIE’s reward apps that provide quantifiable value to their customers.

  • USER EXPERIENCE (UX)

  • Great apps should be more than simply a tool – APPEALIE celebrates the apps that are an intuitive and seamless experience.

  • USER INTERFACE

  • There is great beauty in simplicity. The APPEALIE is awarded to apps that design functional innovation into the user experience.

  • CUSTOMER SERVICE

  • Behind every great app, there’s a great team. The APPEALIE’s are about more than just technology. With great customer service comes great reward.

Expert Judging Panel

APPEALIE Award entries are measured by a combination of entrant-submitted information and award-specific surveys and metrics before being reviewed a panel of expert judges that includes SaaS experts, tech executives and software specialists.
